DISCUSSION:
God is moving by His Spirit in the country in which you are living. He can visit you wherever you are. I talk about this in my meetings, how you can be sitting in the presence of God and the Lord can come by His Spirit and visit you. He will begin to speak to you and create an environment of Heaven right where you are. It’s happened to me in public places where I didn't think about other people being there. After a while, I closed my eyes and the Lord was right there with me.
In Exodus 33:14, God is responding to Moses who is talking and negotiating with God about how he won't go anywhere unless God goes with him. I have personally had this conversation with the Lord, and I’ve told Him I won’t go any further without Him, and unless I heard Him confirm that He is with me. I shared that time with Him and I want you to have that time with Him as you meet together.
God said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” The word for rest is Shalom and it means peace. When God goes with you, He also gives you peace and comfort. God spoke this powerful statement to Moses in the desert, and you might be in a desert situation right now. You might be going through a very difficult situation, but God is speaking this same word by His Spirit to you.
HIS PRESENCE GOES WITH YOU
Psalm 16:11 NLT:
You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.
• These are David’s insights and he shows us that God brings us life.
• He shows us a pathway.
• He grants us joy.
• When He leads us we have to have joy.
• But, we have to yield to that Joy, and it’s not always easy to do.
• The world may discourage you, but you have to yield to the fruit of the Spirit within you.
• Yield to the Holy Spirit inside you.
• We get to encounter God’s presence and have the pleasure of living with Him forever.
God gives us life; He grants us joy and we have the pleasure of living with Him forever. How does this bring hope to you and your situation right now?
THE HOLY SPIRIT MADE HIS HOME IN YOU
Revelation 21:3 NLT:
I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.
Here, this is talking about the future, but God wants to live with people and be with them. He has made His home in us. The Holy Spirit, God, and Christ Jesus are all dwelling in us. The Holy Spirit came and took Jesus’ place on earth and Jesus went to Heaven. Jesus said that when He went to the throne He would send One back like Him. He sent the Holy Spirit.
• We can’t back off the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
• We can’t back off of the relationship we have with the born-again experience.
• It begins with being born again and then going out and talking to people like the disciples and apostles did.
The Trinity is with you and inside you. You are not alone. How does the reality of this affect you in a good way?
RECEIVING THE HOLY SPIRIT
AND OPERATING IN HIM
After the experience in Acts 2 when the Holy Spirit came on the Day of Pentecost the apostles and disciples would ask the people if they’ve received the Lord, and they would say that they had received the Lord.

When they would ask if they had received the Holy Spirit they would respond by saying, “We have received Jesus whom John preached about but we didn’t know there was a Holy Spirit to receive.” Right then they would get baptized in the Holy Spirit and speak in other tongues.
It begins with salvation and then progresses towards the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Jesus spoke of this in Acts 1:8, He said that you will receive power from on high when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.
The ministry of Jesus was handed off to the people that believe. They began to see more miracles after the Holy Spirit came upon them. Jesus said that the people who believe will do the same works that I do (John 14:12). That’s the point where it separates a lot of people.
There are a vast number of denominations that don’t believe in the work of the Holy Spirit that the Bible teaches. They reason by saying this was just for that time in history during the book of Acts, and it is not for us today. Jesus told us that the Spirit of God would come and be with us forever. The Holy Spirit is not backing off of His role and assignment down here. He was sent and He came with power and He's still here with power. We need Him now more than ever in this time that we live, and He won’t back off and He can’t diminish.
Many people that don’t know about Jesus need to hear the good news. The Spirit came to baptize us, give us boldness, and baptize us with His power to be witnesses. The truth is that the Day of Pentecost is dwelling inside us. Therefore, you can have the presence and the power of God in your life in a very strong way. You just need to yield to it.
What I ask of us to do at Warrior Notes is give the Holy Spirit one hour a day of praying in the Spirit. If you haven’t prayed in the Spirit, God will baptize you with the Spirit if you ask. You may also pray in English. We give our time to the Holy Spirit to pray out the mysteries. In Romans 8:26, Paul talks about how when we pray out the mysteries we don’t know what we should pray, but the Holy Spirit knows the will of God and He has come to help us.
In our weakness, He takes hold of us and causes us to pray out the perfect will of God. When you pray for His perfect will, you're yielding to the rest. You're building yourself up in the Holy Spirit. Jude 20 talks about building yourself up in the most Holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, being perfected, and entering and staying in the love of God. Doing so creates the kind of rest that God was telling Moses about when He said, “I'm going to go with you. I'm going to give you rest and I'm going to give you peace.”
We should be concentrating on Christ in us, and the Holy Spirit in us. He’s working out His will within us. The transformation that’s happening is spiritual, physical, and mental. We need to be more like Christ in us and yield to the Holy Spirit. God can use you. There are nine gifts of the Spirit that He can operate through you. He may use you in one of those gifts or several of those gifts. We all have gifts within us, and we should be yielding to that. God creates an atmosphere for us that has to do with the working of the Holy Spirit within us. Then the Holy Spirit comes upon us.
Whether you’re in a corporate setting, or Warrior Fellowships the Holy Spirit will come upon you and move in a mighty way. Make room and allow for Him to come and pour out. He is willing and He wants to dwell with you wherever you are.
PRAYER:
Father, I just thank You so much for the power of the Holy Spirit ministering all over the world, now to Warrior Fellowships. I thank You, Lord, for all my brothers and sisters, all my fellow warriors, that You build them up and strengthen them by Your power and the Holy Spirit, that You would just minister within them and upon them right now. I break every demonic entity's power. I break every assignment against my brothers and sisters right now, and I plead the blood of Jesus, and I command every evil spirit to desist in their maneuvers against them in Jesus' name, Amen.
